As always, the report revealed the most popular facial plastic surgery procedures men and women are gravitating towards. Rhinoplasty
The top facial plastic surgery procedure of 2018 was rhinoplasty, also known as nose reshaping surgery. Nearly 214,000 people underwent rhinoplasty to modify the shape, size and/or proportions of their nose. Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Many patients decide to combine blepharoplasty with a facelift or brow lift.
Facelift

Many patients undergo mentoplasty with rhinoplasty, as the two procedures are an effective combination for people who want to achieve harmony and balance between the facial features.
